Senior Air Freight Specialist (EG)

Serve as the main point of contact for clients’ freight requests, managing the end-to-end customer profile and maintaining existing business. Coordinate with the sales team, agents, and Aramex offices to ensure RFQs are answered and targets are met. Procure best airline rates, negotiate with overseas agents, follow shipments and payment flows, upload quotations, and coordinate with accounting to resolve payment issues and invoicing discrepancies.
