Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with sales team, agents, and Aramex offices to ensure RFQs are answered and achieve targets.
  • •Communicate new offers and promotions to sales, agents, and Aramex offices for customer benefit.
  • •Procure best airline rates by identifying the best solution for customers, and negotiate with overseas agents for reduced costs.
  • •Upload quotations on the system and follow day-to-day shipments with overseas offices and agents.
  • •Track payment flow, resolve payment issues with the accounting team, and support invoicing close-out for losses or agent disputes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in logistics (preferred).
  • •2–3 years of relevant freight forwarder experience, with import air freight as a must.
  • •Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel (MS Access is a plus).
  • •Excellent MS Excel knowledge for advanced formulas and macros.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
