Job Summary

Select, qualify, and release electrical and electromechanical components to support product development and sustainment. Review and approve component specifications, datasheets, and drawings for NPI, partner with design/mechanical/manufacturing teams for integration, and mitigate supply-chain risks with alternates and second sources. Monitor component lifecycle (PCN/EOL/obsolescence), manage databases and documentation, and support failure analysis and corrective actions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and reliability requirements.
