Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a vertical end-to-end, driving outcomes and maintaining a backlog prioritized by value, risk, dependency, and strategic priority.
  • •Shape technical design with engineering, covering system boundaries and money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), failure/retry/refund paths, and scalability/recovery.
  • •Make and defend trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX with engineering, compliance, or ops leads.
  • •Treat regulated constraints as product inputs, including licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, and privacy.
  • •Ship feature-complete releases behind external gates and collaborate across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, and Finance/Reconciliation.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong product leadership owning complex technical products end-to-end with good judgement under ambiguity.
  • •Solid system design foundation, including boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, and consistency under concurrency.
  • •Ability to read, review, and challenge design docs; can sketch architecture and sequences for engineering execution.
  • •Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain (payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or demonstrated fast-ramp capability for money-movement correctness.
  • •Hands-on AI product judgement for LLM-based systems, including defining evaluation approaches and understanding hallucination/drift and when models must not be in the loop.
