Job Summary

Internship in Private Equity based in Singapore. You’ll participate in all aspects of the investment process—from sourcing and evaluating potential investments to due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio company value-creation initiatives—collaborating with KKR’s Client Solutions, Capstone and Capital Markets teams in a fast-paced, merit-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Examine industry trends and identify investment themes.
•Originate deal opportunities in line with the investment themes.
•Lead, in-depth due diligence and business and financial modeling analyses on new investment opportunities and manage all aspects of the deal execution process.
•Participate and lead the management of portfolio companies, actively support company operating and financial initiatives, and oversee value-creation initiatives.
•Collaborate with other KKR businesses such as Client Solutions, Capstone and Capital Markets to ensure integrated deal processes.

Key Requirements

•Strong analytical mindset with experience in investment analysis or related roles
•Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
•Experience conducting due diligence and evaluating investment opportunities
•Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, high-performing team
•Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier institution(s)
