Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using cutting-edge software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Work flexible hours as needed, including overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and condition.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required, with typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (Technical School/formal training preferred).
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a hand-held computer (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving) in the previous 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
