Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with internal stakeholders and land agents to ensure access to land for surveys via voluntary agreements or compulsory powers.
  • •Oversee completion of option agreements with private landowners and conclude third-party agreements with tenants.
  • •Manage land agreement GIS images and inputs for onshore cable route, and provide land-specific project management support across preconstruction and construction teams.
  • •Act as the point of contact for landowners and land agents, interfacing contractors and landowners on reinstatement, survey, and pre-construction works.
  • •Maintain and disseminate the risk register related to land agreements and attend key meetings to ensure obligations within consents and permissions are understood.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience in project management and land management to support major UK infrastructure development.
