Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, plan, and execute scouting activities according to SPOMA Football Players Scouting KPIs.
  • •Serve as a key contact for young players by ensuring excellence in service and product supply.
  • •Negotiate, contract, and execute player contracts in compliance with internal sports marketing and legal/financial guidelines.
  • •Manage day-to-day scouting relations and execute contract rights to strengthen connections and reliable asset service.
  • •Attend national and international youth events to identify, contact, network, and sign talents; build relationships with agents, clubs, and federation stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent education required.
  • •1–2 years experience as a football player at high level and/or coaching, with an in-depth football network.
  • •Fluent English and strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proficiency with standard software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • •Good negotiation skills; legal background is a plus; strong confidentiality and ability to deliver against goals.
