Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary point of contact for AOG-related matters, ensuring rapid response and initiating necessary protocols.
•Coordinate with maintenance teams, suppliers, and operations to expedite resolution and minimize aircraft downtime.
•Assess customer needs and requirements accurately and provide logistical and commercial support for engine-related issues.
•Maintain accurate records of AOG events and generate the daily AOG report; manage events in the CRM system from initiation to closure.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to implement improvements in AOG response procedures and ensure timely communication with customers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
