Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools (e.g., VSM, root cause analysis, standard work) to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
  • •Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows; implement engineering changes and deviations to minimize disruption.
  • •Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by developing, validating, and implementing processes and documentation for successful launches.
  • •Own manufacturing documentation and standardization (work instructions, visual aids, process flows); develop and maintain manufacturing layouts and ergonomics to improve safety and efficiency.
  • •Manage risk and defect prevention through PFMEA, error-proofing (poka-yoke), and cross-functional quality issue resolution using corrective actions (8D); ensure SAP data accuracy (BOMs and routings) and support tooling/fixtures/equipment and capital projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields considered with strong Industrial Engineering experience).
  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments focused on process improvement and Lean implementation.
  • •Proven experience leading continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives with measurable results.
  • •Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (VSM, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Poka-Yoke).
  • •Experience with data analysis, time studies, line balancing, and capacity planning, with familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) for routings and BOMs.
