Key Responsibilities

  • •Support global consolidation, financial reporting, and management reporting processes.
  • •Analyze consolidated financial results and prepare/validate management and external reporting deliverables, including variance analyses and explanations.
  • •Perform account reconciliations and medium-to-complex financial analysis while monitoring transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Research and resolve complex accounting issues and transactions, including related internal controls, and support SOX compliance.
  • •Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual close processes and external reporting support (e.g., earnings releases and SEC filings), collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in accounting, business, or a related field, plus at least nine months of accounting-related experience.
  • •2 to 5 years of experience in accounting-related roles is strongly preferred.
  • •CPA certification or active progress toward obtaining CPA certification.
  • •Strong attention to detail with critical thinking and analytical skills to produce accurate work.
  • •Ability to work overtime during month-end close; excellent verbal and written communication.
