Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute semiconductor tool installation projects including new installation, expansion, move, modification, and removal.
  • •Plan and manage Tool Install Project activities and control scope, budget, and schedule.
  • •Coordinate with Tool Owner, Process Engineer, Facilities Engineer, and vendors to align requirements and execution.
  • •Review Tool Service Requirements (TSR) and hookup drawing packages, and assess hookup construction scope; confirm utility supply capacity.
  • •Perform safety/quality/schedule management with construction inspections, conduct design review and risk assessments (e.g., FMEA), and support equipment startup/utility release/tool qualification.

Key Requirements

  • •Business-level Japanese communication skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Experience with equipment installation, construction, or facilities-related work in a semiconductor fab or manufacturing environment.
  • •Project management experience, including managing multiple projects.
  • •Knowledge of safety management and risk assessments, including tool installation/hookup work and design document review.
