Key Responsibilities

•Self-generate leads and build a sales pipeline by engaging local SMBs through field activity, networking, and referrals.
•Use a consultative approach to understand merchants’ operations, pain points, and growth goals, recommending Clover plans and complementary services.
•Guide merchants through the Clover ecosystem to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and drive profitability.
•Manage relationships to support long-term client success, portfolio growth, cross-consulting, and upselling as part of the Regional Sales team.

Key Requirements

•Prior experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium-size clients.
•Focused on selling value rather than price, positioning Clover as a strategic partner.
•Ability to explain technical features in simple terms and demonstrate product benefits.
•Extensive experience in cold-calling and self-sourcing leads.
•Organised and disciplined in managing a geographic territory, planning visits, and tracking activity.
