Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with horizontal compensation analysts to enhance compensation analytics by implementing automation and refining processes.
  • •Partner with the data analytics team to create new data products and enhance existing products.
  • •Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to assess pay alignment to external markets.
  • •Research and formulate recommendations for external and internal employment offers.
  • •Support mid-year and year-end compensation cycles through Workday testing, budget reporting, and researching unique cases.

Salary: USD 111,200 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in Compensation, or 1 year in Finance, or 1 year in Analytics, or a combination.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years in Compensation, Finance, or Analytics, or a combination.
  • •Experience with SQL and Python (also preferred: Workday/Workday Advanced Compensation module).
