Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform final testing and commissioning of complex audio-visual systems during and post build.
  • •Read and interpret electronic schematics/architectural blueprints and test point-to-point functionality.
  • •Troubleshoot integrated systems, including AMX/Crestron and DSP systems, and support user acceptance testing.
  • •Field install control programs and make minor AMX/Crestron programming changes under direction.
  • •Configure IP addressable devices for network communication, provide client training, and complete final documentation/punchlist.

Key Requirements

  • •Support user acceptance testing and diagnose complex AV system problems.
  • •Proficient with test and calibration equipment and able to read electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
  • •Demonstrate minor programming capability for AMX/Crestron, including changes and troubleshooting.
  • •Understand advanced signal flow for audio, video, and control, with knowledge of IP networking.
  • •Hold a valid Driver’s License and meet AVI-SPL driving standards; able to climb and work from ladders up to 35 feet.
