Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion environmental, health, and safety compliance across all control operations.
  • •Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of control systems, including root-cause investigations using 8D methodologies.
  • •Oversee capacity planning, system performance analysis, and execution of expansion projects to meet site growth and production demands.
  • •Review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades and provide engineering oversight during design and construction.
  • •Mentor and develop control engineers and technicians through training and hands-on site engagement, including post-incident reviews and corrective/preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s/Bachelor’s/advanced degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • •Experience with instrumentation and control systems design, maintenance, and operations in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments
  • •Certification on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)
  • •Knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures for PLC, instrumentation, toxic gas monitoring, and SCADA installation work
  • •Knowledge and application of problem-solving and data analysis methodologies (8D/FMEA/analytics)
