Use designated word processing, dictation, and transcription equipment to complete assignments while meeting doctors’/department efficiency targets. Maintain confidentiality, follow prescribed report formats, transcribe high-quality with proofreading, and upload completed reports into the Hospital Information System in line with regulatory requirements.
