Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as a front-line ambassador. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise, fashion advice, and tailored recommendations, while driving sales goals and KPIs. Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and support repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction processing, and receiving shipments.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain service standards.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling (preferred).
