Key Requirements

  • •Education beyond high school such as an Associate (A.S.) degree in Electronics Technology (or closely related technical field), or a combination of education and experience including skilled trades programs or military training.
  • •4+ years of automation and/or industrial maintenance experience; ammonia refrigeration experience is strongly preferred.
  • •Must have standard computer skills and strong document organization, use of technical materials, and research techniques; must be proficient or become proficient in SAP Maintenance.
  • •Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with team members across engineering, plant, and operations personnel.
  • •Certifications in any technical field or techniques are a plus; ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking/problem solving.
