Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide customer service while resolving collection issues and discrepancies on delinquent accounts in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage assigned accounts to contact appropriate stakeholders and resolve collections of accounts/assets in a timely manner.
  • •Coordinate with third-party vendors to approve repossession fees, review vendor invoice accuracy, and generate vendor payments.
  • •Partner with vendors to resolve issues related to the sale and transport of repossessed collateral, including requesting titles and required documents.
  • •Reconcile collateral auction proceeds and auction fees, produce after-sale letters, and update internal systems with member/collateral/service-provider information.
