Key Responsibilities

•Deliver continuous 24/7 DFIR service, including weekend coverage and support for clients during critical situations.
•Provide incident management and technical direction, acting as the initial escalation point and guiding resolution of complex problems.
•Maintain deep-dive expertise in at least one forensics-related field and support quality assurance through document review and evaluation.
•Conduct research and maintain technological foresight, including staying current on new methodologies and emerging tech such as integrating LLMs into investigative workflows.
•Mentor and develop team members through skill-up guidance and advisory for speaking/presenting their findings; coordinate across cybersecurity disciplines and domains.
