Job Summary

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the information security governance framework by developing and maintaining security policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation. Assist cybersecurity risk management with risk assessments, remediation tracking, exception management, and risk treatment planning. Monitor control effectiveness and maturity, maintain governance evidence for audit readiness, and prepare KPI/KRI dashboards. Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, legal, and business stakeholders and help implement frameworks such as DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.

Key Responsibilities

•Support implementation and continuous improvement of the information security governance framework across the organization.
•Develop, maintain, and review cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and governance documentation.
•Support cybersecurity risk management activities including risk assessments, remediation tracking, exception management, and risk treatment planning.
•Monitor security control effectiveness and maturity; maintain governance evidence, action plans, ownership records, and dependencies for audit readiness.
•Prepare KPI/KRI dashboards for management and collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, legal, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 40,000 - 50,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Law, Management Engineering, or related field (with honors).
•2–5 years of experience in Information Security Governance, ICT Risk Management, Cybersecurity Compliance, Internal Audit, or related functions.
•Good understanding of cybersecurity governance, including vulnerability management, patch management, incident response, secure SDLC, third-party risk, and operational resilience.
•Knowledge of international standards/frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT, CIS Controls, DORA, and NIS2.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
