Drive TikTok Shop seller growth by prospecting and qualifying high-potential seller partners through multi-channel outreach. Key Responsibilities

•Conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, social) to source and qualify seller-partners.
•Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs and deliver tailored propositions for TikTok Shop.
•Assess seller fit to confirm potential partners and define seller growth strategies and GMV pathways.
•Support end-to-end seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation.
•Meet monthly/quarterly seller acquisition and seller GMV targets over a 3–6 month period while partnering with internal teams.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of successful B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full-cycle sales experience.
•Exceptional command of English and German (written and verbal) for external negotiations and presentations.
•Strong time management and organizational skills, able to operate autonomously in a remote-first setting.
•Availability for a 6–12 month fixed-term contract, with opportunity for extension based on impact.
•Experience in e-commerce/online marketplaces or platform businesses is an advantage.
