HVAC Facilities TL Thermal Engineer

Lead HVAC thermal and facilities engineering for a semiconductor wafer fab, overseeing day-to-day breakdown and preventive maintenance to ensure continuous 24/7 operations. Review process and equipment performance data, drive equipment reliability improvements using FMEA, root-cause analysis, and 8D, and develop cost-reduction projects. Partner with operations, instrumentation, and maintenance stakeholders, standardize procedures, and mentor junior engineers within the HVAC team at the Taylor, TX facility.
