  • •Monitor payment performance, transaction trends, and operational indicators; produce reporting and issue tracking to spot anomalies, processing issues, and optimization opportunities.
  • •Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting on payment performance, onboarding status, operational risks, open issues, and follow-up actions.
  • •Partner with payment and engagement platform stakeholders to interpret payment data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
  • •Support onboarding readiness, including Payment Service Provider (PSP) setup, configuration, testing coordination, and operational tasks.
