Payments Operations Analyst

Support the Sony Engagement Platform by monitoring payment performance and transaction trends, producing operational and onboarding reporting, and coordinating issue triage across operating companies, payment service providers, and internal teams. Partner with stakeholders to interpret payment data and translate insights into actionable recommendations, maintain operational trackers and documentation, and help with UAT/production testing for new payment methods and provider changes.
