Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate, and oversee employee services such as transportation, cafeteria operations, and Intel events to ensure exceptional service delivery.
•Manage building services, including structural maintenance, landscape, and pest control, to maintain optimal site conditions.
•Execute project management tasks, including gathering requirements, conducting assessments, and defining milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
•Develop and implement change management strategies for new or updated services, benefits, processes, and vendors.
•Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with Global Services standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or BS degree in a specialized field, or equivalent experience based on business needs.
•1-3 years of applicable work experience in similar role.
•Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
•Strong expertise in supplier management and contract administration.
•Familiarity with building maintenance programs, quality audits, and compliance protocols.
