Job Summary

Own end-to-end on-service project management for Netflix title launches in India and globally, ensuring assets arrive on time and projects track to aligned launch dates. Redesign workflows to improve operational efficiency, partner with internal and external teams (vendors) to drive launch momentum, and predict/mitigate risks with sound judgment. Collaborate with Technology, Engineering, Partnerships, and Quality Control on tooling and workflow needs to scale operations.

•Own and be accountable for end-to-end, on-service project management of titles from across the globe through predetermined launch dates.
•Redesign and improve existing workflows to accelerate operational efficiency aligned to group business objectives.
•Partner with internal and external teams (vendors) to ensure operational momentum and seamlessness across launches.
•Create/modify delivery and launch plans and mitigate risks, including handling use cases outside the norm.
•Collaborate with Technology, Engineering, Partnerships, and Quality Control on tooling, workflow, and vendor needs to scale operations.
