Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead the PGF Accounting Team, including recruitment, goal-setting, performance management, and identifying training needs.
  • •Own monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes for the PGF business for 25+ legal entities and drive global consolidation and reporting.
  • •Prepare entity-level financial statements and lead consolidated financial statements, including reviews of cash flows, equity, and P&L/B/S.
  • •Review journal entries, general ledger accounts, and account reconciliations in accordance with US GAAP and ensure controls are applied consistently.
  • •Partner with international accounting teams, coordinate with FP&A on process improvements and forecasting variances, and work directly with auditors for group and statutory audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Accounting with 8+ years of accounting experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 10+ years of accounting experience.
  • •CPA certification required.
  • •Strong comfort with accounting and ERP systems (prefer Workday and NetSuite) and AI tools, including VBA macros.
  • •Strong accounting background in a tech company finance function and knowledge of US GAAP.
  • •Experience leading a high-performing team with mentorship and leadership skills.
