Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement resilience strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
  • •Operationalize chaos engineering initiatives and integrate experiments into CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Validate reliability objectives (RTO, RPO, SLO) and recovery outcomes using production metrics.
  • •Improve resilience across databases, caching, messaging, and authentication services; support multi-region/cross-cloud failover.
  • •Enhance observability-driven validation using Grafana, Prometheus, and LogDNA and ensure production readiness before releases.

Key Requirements

  • •6–9 years of software engineering experience building distributed systems and microservices.
  • •Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and resilience-focused engineering practices.
  • •Hands-on Kubernetes experience with EKS, AKS, and GKE.
  • •Strong Java and Spring Boot skills with understanding of distributed failures and resilience patterns.
  • •Experience integrating chaos engineering and reliability practices into CI/CD (Jenkins preferred) with SLO/SLI knowledge.
