Own end-to-end merchandising for womenswear categories across the UK & EU, translating regional strategy into compelling assortments and improved customer experience. Drive performance through trading analysis (sales, returns, margin), pricing and assortment decisions, and proactive actions to improve results. Partner cross-functionally across Product, Planning, Marketing, Technical Design, Sourcing, and more to deliver high-quality, on-time launches while managing product catalog administration and merchandising assets.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end merchandising for selected womenswear categories in the UK & EU, including assortment execution, launches, and performance tracking.
•Execute regional merchandising strategy in partnership with US Product Merchandising and international peers.
•Work cross-functionally with Product and Regional Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Technical Design, and Sourcing to deliver product launches balancing inventory, go-to-market execution, and product quality.
•Analyze trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and take ownership of actions to improve results; support pricing and assortment decisions.
•Own product catalogue management and administration, including data accuracy and system maintenance, and build site merchandising strategy (PDP improvements and customer journey optimizations).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 80,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in menswear categories with demonstrated category performance ownership.
•Strong analytical skills using data to inform trading and merchandising decisions (e.g., sales, margin, return rates).
•E-commerce and/or DTC experience, with exposure to both startup and established (blue-chip) brands preferred.
•Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Planning, Design, Sourcing, or Marketing.
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred and strong written/verbal communication with the ability to influence through concise narrative.
