Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a subject matter expert for Hudl Statsbomb, API, and DaaS to enhance customer training across data products.
  • •Drive alignment between the Sales team and customers on short- and long-term goals through strong, ongoing communication.
  • •Educate customers by understanding their workflows and ensuring they’re set up for success with the products.
  • •Collect and share customer insights and product feedback with product teams to exceed customer expectations.
  • •Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Education to execute training and onboarding strategy and surface customer needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 46,000 - 77,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in English and German, with the ability to work effectively with multilingual customers.
  • •Data analytics skills, preferably in a sports context, including JavaScript, Python/R, SQL, Tableau, and data modeling.
  • •Customer-facing experience delivering training and education to help customers succeed.
  • •Strong communication skills to align Sales and customers on short- and long-term goals.
