Job Function: Business Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run the operating model for a pod-based design org, with embedded designers owning continuity and no central ticket queue.
  • •Drive adoption of AI-first design practices, enabling designers to prototype from the live codebase and design system and ship working interaction details.
  • •Own design-to-engineering handoff so interaction details lost between Figma and code are captured accurately and remain buildable.
  • •Run agent experience (AX) operations by coordinating evals, guardrails, and agent primitives (permissions, tool access, escalation paths, failure handling).
  • •Define and track metrics (prototyping velocity, handoff quality, cycle time, agent eval coverage, and AI-tool adoption) and run cross-pod planning and cadence.
