Key Responsibilities

  • •Forecast financial, manpower, and operational requirements for start-ups, warranty, service agreements, and paid service; pursue service agreement business with marketing and sales.
  • •Manage start-ups for time and cost requirements; handle local inventory and RMA procedures; maintain DSO and manage reserve warranty costs.
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction through company service and system performance, including achieving guaranteed uptime and sold parameters.
  • •Interview, hire, and train customer engineers as needed; develop CE skills and identify/develop managerial and specialist talent.
  • •Oversee safety practices among customer engineers, manage escalation and reporting, and drive quality improvement to reduce cycle time and improve technical performance.
