Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, own, and continuously evolve the INPD application landscape aligned to business strategy, enterprise architecture standards, and technology roadmaps.
  • •Design end-to-end solutions for Innovation and Product Development, HR, and SHE capabilities, including integration specifications and technical documentation.
  • •Act as a guardian of architecture standards and participate in architecture review boards and governance forums.
  • •Partner with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs and implementation approaches.
  • •Identify AI and digital innovation opportunities (e.g., Generative AI and intelligent automation) and ensure solutions meet responsible AI, security, and governance standards.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8+ years in Information Technology, including at least 3 years in a Solution Architect or similar architecture-focused role.
  • •Experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade, large-scale applications, platforms, and digital products.
  • •Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, secure solution architectures.
  • •Cross-enterprise experience across domains such as Product Development, PLM, HR, SHE, ERP, or similar functions.
  • •Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, identity and access management, data protection, security architecture, and DevSecOps practices.
