Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure the reliability of electrical systems and power generation equipment for platform operations.
  • •Support offshore operations during well clean-up, GPP back-gassing activities, and hydrocarbon export to onshore facilities.
  • •Manage electrical permits under the Control of Work (CoW) system and ensure electrical assets operate within required specifications.
  • •Provide effective shift handovers and support daily operational reporting.
  • •Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing HSE procedures, participating in risk assessments and toolbox talks, and supporting emergency response activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical expertise in offshore power generation, DEH systems, power distribution systems, and electrical utilities.
  • •Previous Isolation Authority experience.
  • •Skilled in electrical fault finding, troubleshooting, isolations, de-isolations, and equipment reinstatement.
  • •Strong HSE knowledge including hazard identification, electrical safety, and emergency response.
  • •Offshore certifications including BOSIET/FOET and HUET, plus a valid offshore medical certificate (such as OGUK).
