Oversee maintenance work during your shift to ensure optimal support for automated and manufacturing equipment at the Magdeburg-area site in Barleben. Lead and coach your team, collaborate with the maintenance leadership team on the site’s maintenance roadmap, and work with service providers to handle planned and unplanned repairs. Ensure maintenance regulations are followed, identify issues, and propose continuous improvement ideas.
