Help drive strategic growth through M&A analysis, financial modeling, and execution across the full deal lifecycle. Support beverage alcohol and adjacent consumer categories, coordinate with executive leadership, and partner with Legal, Finance and IT to advance corporate development initiatives.

Job Function: Strategy & Corporate Development

Key Responsibilities

•Process owner of financial/valuation modeling, creating complex models (three-statement projections, DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution, synergies) to evaluate M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority investments
•Manage data collection and scenario/sensitivity analyses to pressure-test transaction economics
•Interact with external parties regarding business case assumptions, valuation outputs, and information requirements
•Lead end-to-end acquisition/divestiture due diligence, coordinating with cross-functional teams and synthesizing findings for senior leadership
•Project manage acquisition-related integration strategies and develop strategic recommendations for leadership

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: 88,700 - 135,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
•2–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting (M&A/Corp Dev), or corporate development at a CPG or related company
•Highly flexible and comfortable performing in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to rapidly come up to speed on new issues, identify the critical questions, and develop hypothesis-driven recommendations
•Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in parallel and deliver against tight deadlines
