Job Summary

Manage and schedule service and warranty work for solar and battery customers, leading the field performance team’s completion of assigned jobs. Coordinate with electrical foremen, construction supervisors, and the branch manager to allocate labor resources, exceed key field performance KPIs, and support inspections and site audits. Assist with onboarding, training, and regular meetings to align the local team, while maintaining safety, quality, and strong customer service outcomes.

•Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
•Coordinate with electrical foremen, construction supervisors, and the branch manager to allocate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
•Assist with training and development for field service technicians and field communications technicians.
•Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
•Exceed field performance KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, experience rating, average dispatches) and assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 29.05 - 48.41 hourly

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of previous field construction or solar experience.
•High school diploma required.
•Must maintain a clean driving record, be 21 years of age, and possess a valid driver’s license.
•Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.
•Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman certification or license is preferred (may be required depending on state requirements).
