Operational Specialist

Support day-to-day operations for Visa Consulting & Analytics’ Central Eastern Europe team. Provide first-line operational support for supplier engagements (documentation, onboarding, tracking, reporting), process expense claims, coordinate calendars and meetings, and prepare reporting and presentation decks. Help ensure compliance and internal controls are met while identifying process improvements. Use automation and AI capabilities to reduce manual effort and support the organization of on-site and off-site events.
