Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage end-to-end U.S. international tax compliance, including technical analysis and coordination with external advisors.
•Partner with the U.S. domestic compliance and ASC 740 provision team to align U.S. compliance/reporting lifecycles and forecasting.
•Strengthen tax governance frameworks, policies, controls, and documentation.
•Provide data, analysis, and operational perspectives across Tax and finance functions, translating planning decisions into compliant processes.
•Lead technical research and monitoring of U.S. and global tax law developments, support auditors, and drive automation/AI-assisted workflows while maintaining controls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,900 - 274,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•10+ years of progressive experience in U.S. international tax for multinational companies, including public accounting and/or in-house corporate tax roles.
•Hands-on experience with ASC 740 for income taxes, including international and foreign components of the tax provision.
•Strong experience overseeing foreign corporate income tax compliance and statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions, including coordination with overseas teams and external advisors.
•Demonstrated people leadership experience, including setting expectations, reviewing work, and developing team members.
