Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the NPD program(s) and projects for CPSD by leading Integrated Project Teams to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • •Maintain schedule control by developing schedules, identifying milestones/critical paths, and supporting Baselines Management.
  • •Own program updates, artifacts, metrics, and Rolling Action Item List to support PROLaunch Phase Gates and Project Management Reviews.
  • •Provide IPT leadership and coach team members while supervising assigned Project Managers and setting objectives, goals, and direction.
  • •Track and report program/project performance using status reporting (Green/Yellow/Red) and manage cross-functional resources and conflicts to improve productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree required; master of Engineering degree preferred.
  • •6-8 years’ experience in Electrical Power Program Management, or a combination of Program Management with related functions (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or Product Development).
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in Program and Project Management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • •Experienced in risk management and capable of planning, leading, and executing technical development projects with cross-functional teams.
  • •Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and quality management tools; strong communication and presentation skills; PMI (PMP) accreditation highly recommended.
