Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Resident Engineer in managing and administering bridge, underpass, and associated civil works under construction contract packages.
  • •Review contractor progress, project schedules, method statements, and ITPs, ensuring compliance with RTA standards and project specifications.
  • •Monitor on-site activities including earthworks, concreting, structural works, waterproofing, post-tensioning, bearings installation, and asphalt works for bridges and underpasses.
  • •Conduct supervision and quality inspections for structural elements (e.g., piers, abutments, retaining/wing walls, slabs, box culverts, expansion joints, bearings, precast elements, waterproofing systems).
  • •Coordinate with contractors and utility agencies, support RTA/Dubai Municipality/NOC compliance, enforce HSE requirements, and maintain site records and progress reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •8+ years demonstrable experience supervising construction of roads and highways.

  • •Previous experience in Dubai is required.
  • •Strong knowledge of RTA standards, Dubai Municipality codes, and UAE infrastructure guidelines.
