Job Summary

Coordinate international and domestic shipments of nacelle components, ensuring on-time delivery and KPI attainment. Plan and execute export/import and trans-border trade activities with compliance to documentation requirements, export licenses, HS classifications, valuations, Incoterms, and FTZ processes. Support shipping/receiving administrative functions, manage SAP transactions for inventory accuracy, and partner with internal teams and external freight forwarders while maintaining required SOPs and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, prepare, and process export, import, and trans-border activities by country.
•Ensure international shipments comply with documentation requirements, including export license determination, HS classification, valuation, and Incoterms.
•Support trade compliance process monitoring with internal/external partners and adherence to FTZ requirements.
•File export transactions with CBP via ACE/AES for ITNs used on commercial invoices and other export documents.
•Perform SAP transactions to support purchasing, receiving, and shipping for accurate inventory management.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree).
•2+ years of experience in international trade compliance.
•Experience in global freight forwarding and customhouse broker operations.
•Working knowledge of customs regimes including harmonized tariff schedules, customs valuations, controlled products, country of origin rules, free trade programs, import VAT rules, and U.S. law on banned/boycotted countries.
•Experience with inventory processes and MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
