Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a portfolio of ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, long-term sickness, and conduct matters.
  • •Ensure ER casework is accurately documented, legally compliant, and resolved in a timely and fair manner.
  • •Manage flexible working requests, changes to terms and conditions, and exit processes.
  • •Provide expert guidance and coaching to line managers and HR Business Partners on employment law and ER best practices.
  • •Contribute to ER policy/toolkit design, support investigations/whistleblowing and DSARs, and identify ER trends for proactive risk mitigation.
