Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver engaging, well-structured primary lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
  • •Assess, record, and report on student progress so every child can reach their potential.
  • •Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment for effective learning.
  • •Collaborate with colleagues to plan units of work, share best practices, and contribute to curriculum development.
  • •Communicate with parents and participate in co-curricular/extracurricular programmes, events, and committees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Education (or equivalent teaching qualification), or a Bachelor’s Degree with recognised teaching certification/licence.
  • •Minimum two years’ teaching experience in a relevant subject area and age group.
  • •Strong understanding of how to use ICT in education to enhance learning and engagement.
  • •Experience teaching the National Curriculum for England is highly desirable.
  • •A UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check is a pre-requisite for appointment.
