Job Summary

Lead Talent & Organizational Development Consultant to design and implement enterprise talent development programs, leadership development, performance management, and organizational design aligned with business strategy. Drive change management, succession planning, employee engagement, and analytics to improve culture and performance across Alliant Energy. Collaborate with HR partners and leaders across functions, manage projects end-to-end, and leverage data and digital tools to measure impact and continuously improve the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Develops, implements and leads enterprise-wide training and development programs and tools with a focus on leadership capability and key professional skills.
•Leads organizational development strategies including change management, organizational design, and culture initiatives aligned to strategic objectives.
•Advises on talent identification, skill gap analysis, development planning, and succession to accelerate leadership readiness.
•Designs and leads performance management systems to foster a high-performance culture and achieve team and organizational goals.
•Collaborates with HR partners to enhance performance, develop future leaders, and drive employee engagement across the organization.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology or related area (preferred).
•8 years of Talent Management and/or Organizational Development experience with expertise in talent development, facilitation, performance management, succession planning, change management, organizational design, and employee engagement trends.
•Proven experience managing projects from start to finish with measurable results and operational impact.
•Willingness to travel; travel may include occasional overnight stays.
•Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence adoption of new concepts and methodologies.
