Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead machine set ups and changeovers for the coating line and assigned workstations.
  • •Load raw materials and unload finished product, while determining and controlling the machine cycle as needed.
  • •Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, and pressures to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
  • •Perform routine product tests and maintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
  • •Follow health, safety, and housekeeping procedures; report malfunctions and make minor adjustments/repairs; support continuous improvement initiatives.
