Drive platform and API partnerships for TikTok For Business, owning the end-to-end BD cycle from sourcing to onboarding and integration. Partner with product and engineering to translate commercial commitments into live integrations, co-create GTM motions with partners, and own KPI-led performance across a portfolio of partnerships in a remote, globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, pursue, and close new platform and API partnerships with CRM platforms, e-commerce tools, and marketing automation providers. Owns the full BD cycle from first contact through signed agreement and represents TikTok For Business at senior and C-level engagements.
•Drive partner onboarding and integration, shepherding partners through technical onboarding, scoping API integration requirements, and coordinating with product and engineering to get integrations live.
•Co-create and execute joint GTM motions, including co-marketing and co-selling to drive advertiser onboarding and EMAA growth.
•Track and own partnership KPIs (registrations, new customer acquisition, EMAA, revenue) using data to optimize portfolio performance.
•Act as the interface between external partners and internal product/engineering/marketing teams, communicating needs clearly and removing blockers to prioritize and execute.

Key Requirements

•Solid understanding of digital advertising, particularly how SMBs buy ads and how platform ad products (pixel, conversion tracking, campaign creation) function.
•Commercial acumen: understands partnership economics, can structure win-win deals, and knows how to measure impact.
•Fluent in English (required); additional major European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch) is a strong plus.
