Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing technical insights and recommendations that drive success with Cloudflare solutions.
•Lead architectural discussions, design sessions, and solution reviews; diagnose complex technical issues and deliver strategic solutions with support and product teams.
•Design and configure application security solutions using Cloudflare Workers to optimize and direct global traffic and Network Security.
•Manage complex infrastructure configurations using Terraform/IaC to ensure operational stability.
•Use Slack to coordinate fast-moving technical discussions and act as a strategic liaison between the customer and Cloudflare internal teams, aligning AI/LLM security goals and future transitions toward Network Security and SASE.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, customer engineering, or a similar client-facing technical role.

•Solid understanding of networking, web infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Zero Trust/SASE principles.
•Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale cloud or security solutions.
