Lead end-to-end operations for Kerry’s Laval, Canada plant, ensuring targets for safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and talent are consistently met. Key Responsibilities

•Provide overall leadership and management of the manufacturing site, aligning with Kerry strategy, values, and performance expectations.
•Accountable for QHSE initiatives across the plant, ensuring compliance with HACCP, regulatory requirements, and Kerry policies.
•Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations and manage the site cost structure within budget while improving capacity, flexibility, and asset utilization.
•Drive continuous improvement using SAP and Kerry’s process manufacturing operating model, using data, KPIs, and structured problem-solving.
•Develop and retain a high-performing workforce, manage talent and succession planning, and maintain effective labor/union relationships while engaging customers and stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 136,000 - 228,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
•Senior-level plant or manufacturing leadership experience (8+ years preferred).
•Strong leadership and people management experience in complex environments.
•Proven food manufacturing operations experience with solid fermentation process knowledge.
•Solid knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and regulatory compliance, plus business acumen (budgeting, cost control, strategic planning).
