  • •Coordinate the Facilities team to maintain buildings, offices, and plant utility services in good condition.
  • •Lead and/or coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities for buildings, offices, and utilities.
  • •Perform and/or coordinate preventive maintenance procedures related to plant service machines.
  • •Coordinate contractors for building/office/utility improvement projects and required certifications.
  • •Ensure safe working conditions and manage maintenance-related budgets, including lighting, air, electricity, and energy; coordinate contractors for oil and sanitary system cleaning services.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineer with proven knowledge of electricity, plumbing, pumping systems, and air conditioning/HVAC.
  • •3 years of experience in facilities or general maintenance in manufacturing.
  • •Knowledge of quality management systems.
  • •Knowledge of electrical installations; and installation knowledge for natural gas or LP systems and fire prevention/protection.
  • •Knowledge of operation and maintenance for air compressors, wastewater treatment systems, and pneumatic and electrical arc systems.
